This ferry is a free service that runs 24 hours per day except Wednesday mornings, when it is shut down for servicing between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m.

The Dawson City Chamber of Commerce runs a commercial priority pass system for local commercial businesses.

PLEASE WATCH FOR LANE CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING THE CORRECT LANES TO ENTER.

Peak traffic times for the ferry are daily 7 AM to 11 AM leaving Dawson and 2 PM to 8 PM coming into town. If possible, you can help by avoiding use of the ferry around these times. If you are travelling in a large group or caravan please check with Transportation Maintenance at 867-993-5441, or with the ferry crews, for the best travel times and ways to avoid long lineups. Tour bus traffic has priority between 6 AM and 9 AM and between 5 PM and 9 PM. Fuel truck traffic has priority from 7 PM until 6 AM daily. For further information call 867-993-5441 or 993-5344.
