Yukon River Quest

The Yukon River Quest is one of the most spectacular paddling races in the world. Participants take off from Whitehorse and paddle the 740 km (460mi) to reach Dawson City in marathon time, usually within 48 hours. Cheer on the teams as they leave Whitehorse or arrive in Dawson.

Dawson City celebrates Canada Day with a parade, a barbecue, and the annual Gold Panning Championships. Watson Lake has kid's activities, a humongous cake, horseshoes, a candy drop and so much more at Lucky Lake Park.
