1 3/4 cups (420 mL) flour
1 tbsp (15 mL) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) salt
1/4 cup (60 mL) milk powder
Yield: One 9-by-9-inch (23-by-23-cm) pan.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and store
in a resealable plastic bag. When ready
to bake, add: 3/4 cup (180 mL) water
and 1/4 cup (60 mL) oil.
Bake in a reflector oven for 20 to 25
minutes, or in a frying pan lightly coated
with oil for 20 minutes, watching closely.
