A HIKER’S PARADISE!
Whitehorse boasts more than 700 km of
non-motorized and motorized recreational
trails combined! A large number of the
popular non-motorized trails are signed
and easy to access. The trails are well
maintained by the City of Whitehorse (Parks
and Community Development) and satisfy
all ages and skill levels. They offer outdoor
enthusiasts such as walkers, cyclists and
runners some history of the area; scenic
view points; and feature the region’s diverse
and treasured ecosystem.
The following pages detail several popular
trails minutes from downtown. They are
used by residents and visitors and are just a
glimpse of the extensive trail network in the
Whitehorse area. Enjoy!
