Kluane Museum
The Kluane Museum of Natural History houses “world-class” wildlife exhibits with animals, birds and fish in dioramic settings depicting their natural habitats. Included are displays of native clothing, tools and weapons, and of Yukon minerals. The theatre plays videos of life, history, animals and people of the North and is included in the reasonable admission charge. The gift shop has many locally made crafts including beaded, fur trimmed moccasins made of moose hide as well as a good selection of books dealing with the North, the Alaska Highway and the Gold Rush.
